Scapegoats - Kopflos 7″ (Dissonance Rec 01) 1985
Scapegoats from Klausdorf, Germany. I don’t know correctly which Klausdorf, because there a five towns named “Klausdorf” in Germany. Who cares?
As far as I know it’s their first and last released EP and it was also released in Japan.

The EP comes with five songs. All fast and aggressive, influenced by earlier UK bands I think.

Cool record. I planned on posting this and I have a spare copy for trade for something of similar value.
Also, I’m getting a “files invalid or corrupted” when i try to extract the zips from this(and many others) Can anyone help me. Sorry if this has been covered, it’s been awhile since I’ve had free time enough to visit the forum.
Hi CJ, I have no problems here unzipping files both on pc and mac. if you have any further problems maybe give Winrar a try…let me know how you make out. Anyone else having problems extracting the mp3 files?
It has been reissued in a japanese label couple years ago, on clear wax and different sleeve with brief history and xeroxed reviews from MaximumRockNRoll. I would like to hear their demo tapes. Anybody has them?
Cool that this gets posted here! It´s the Klausdorf near Kiel, by the way, in the very north of Germany.
The drummer is still around in the scene today and played in one of the most well-known german hardcore-bands called Bonehouse til early 06.
The guitar-player, plays in the Suburban Scumbags, a old-school punk-band in the Lewd or Dead Boys-vein and runs a recording-studio.
The timing of this post is so weird….just last week I found an old tape I made of this EP back in the late 80’s and wished I could hear the whole thing again!
