Wannskrækk - Faen kuler treffer aldri riktig (Plasmaplater) ‘81
Wannskrækk was from Trondheim, Norway. Their 7″ ‘Faen kuler treffer aldri riktig’ was recorded in june 1981 and released on Plasmaplater. In 1980 they contributed two live tracks to the KRAFTROCK compilation LP. In 1982 they recorded the …Wannskrækk..12″ (Oh Yeah! Records). All this plus a demo from 1984 is available on the CD “Riff (1980-85)” They also released a live split with Liliedugg.
Wannskrækk changed their name to Dumdum Boys, and are still active playing rock.

wannskrækk(fear of water)started around 1978,first named klorofyll(?),and members from earlier bands like Kjartan nekrofil and the cockheads and belsen boys.Put out a great 12″(named 12″!!!!)also in 1981.Bi-project in 1981(ca) called askepot,played hc versions of cure`s Boys dont cry and some discharge covers(?).changed name to the Villas in 1985,but after two weeks they changed name again to DumDumBoys.They had two reunion gigs in 2007,it was beyond awesome…..
