ok lets get one thing straight right from the start, the germs where not one of my favorite bands but they did play apart in what direction my music listing went. this first single is very rough more then likely done on a 2 track recorder. when it first came out it was available through mail order for $1.00, now it sells for only around $60USD…thought it wouldve commanded a higher price. Once heard a version of ‘The Lexicon Devil’ of the Germs (not sure if it was performed by the Germs themselves), which was one of my favourite songs.
Above me is a”strange note”. Stranger still that not more than two(2)people(including li’l ol’ me) have commented this. So here goes…”Forming” may very well turn out to be one of the best songs ever in the history of recorded music.
