Hello all, this is my first post.
Here’s two records that have nothing in common except that both are rare and expensive.
Just wanted to share them with you in their full glory so you can see that not all so-called “KBD classics” are worth spending 500$ on. Plus I haven’t seen these posted on any MP3 blog yet.

Dot Vaeth - White Collar Worker 7″ 1978
This Texas band released one lone single in 1978 - there’s too much Rock’n'Roll influence for my taste, but it’s still good punk.
Tracks
Dot Vaeth - white collar worker
Dot Vaeth – armed robbery

Injections - Prison Walls 7″ 1980
A band from San Diego released this 7″ in 1980. It originally came without a sleeve, but both the band and the label made up sleeves later for a handful of copies. Go to collectorscum.com for the variations.
Tracks
Injections - Lies
Injections – Prison Walls

Dot Vaeth are not really my taste either but an interesting band none the less, weren’t they the support band for the Sex Pistols on their Texas gig along with the Nervebreakers?
cheers fo posting.
Cool post………
More about Dot Vaeth (including some cool pics) here: http://texaspunkjunk2.homestead.com/texaspunkjunk2.html
and RAVE UP records from Italy reissued the INJECTIONS 7″ as a 12″ w/unreleased material. Not sure if it’s still available though……..
The Dot Vaeth single is great, trashy and lo-fi.
